All Prices shown are per room per night and include a full English Breakfast based on a min 2 night stay.

Min stay 2 nights on weekends and bank holidays, one night stay may be considered at short notice. 

A one night  stay will incur a supplement of  £10.00.

Single occupancy: Discount of ........£15.00 
Stay of 4 nights or more: Discount of  10% (except Christmas & New Year)

Deposit £25.00 per room per night, cheques payable to L. Neill at time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non refundable.

Open: We are open all year. Christmas and New Year, by special
arrangement. (Please contact for details).

Rooms will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask
rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
